I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If something isn't quite right, you can return unworn items within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to return:

1. Send me an email at hello@lisamelanie.com
2. I'll reply with a return address
3. Post the item back in its original packaging
4. Once received, I'll refund you within 3-5 business days

Please note:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me straight away with a photo. I'll make it right — I promise.
